  • Purpose – assess abrasion resistance of footwear laces, tested against standard eyelets, according to BS 5131:3.6; TM 93.

Thông số kỹ thuật

  • The machine has six stations. Each station has an independent counter that record the number of cycles made for each lace.
  • When one lace does not resist till the number of cycles imposed in the main counter, the weight falls over a stop system and the individual counter stops recording the number of cycles made that lace.
  • If all laces are broken before the total of cycles imposed in the main counter, machine stops, and individual results are showed.
  • The machine has a tactile terminal through which operator can define test parameters and record the test results.
  • All pieces of this machine that are contacting with test sample are made from stainless steel or aluminum to avoid oxidation.
